1.What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary with each order placed on service or distributer area(Sellers).
Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistic costs. The delivery charge may be waived off by some Sellers, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value.

2.What is the estimated delivery time?

    We generally procure and ship the items within 15-20 hours of grapes order*.
    Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
  • Product's availability.
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to (Your location).

3.Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sellers on

There are NO hidden charges when you make your purchase List prices are final and inclusive of all the charges. The prices you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

4.Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

    Please enter your pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
    If you haven't provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
    Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
  • Whether the Seller ships to your location.
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping grapes to your location.
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location.

5.I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Currently we are not providing any return facility. As grapes are a perishable product, we try to deliver the most fresh stock available with us within 24 hours of picking out.
